Sorry for the lack of posts, it seems like my job/my life is consuming everything. I’m going to try to post of my personal stuff ie: photos, rants, etc. I was in Santa Barbara last weekend for fathers day, also went to the Solstice Parade with my friend and his daughter. Pretty good times…the parade itself was a little bootleg, but it’s fun to see whats going on in peoples mind. Creativity is awesome!
And yes, I think she’s hot-for a les. So What? Plus, Michelle is Latina, half Dominican actually. Her is some of her interview from LATINA magazine..
Her philosphy on commitment is so point!! Me-getting married??? I don’t know, one day. But yeah, shit is scary! You go girl, i’ll marry you lol.
On Marriage: “I don’t believe in commitment. That’s like giving somebody the responsibility of your happiness, like, ‘Here, you make sure that all my orgasms are great, that I have somebody to hold on cold winter nights, and just assure me that if anybody messes with me, you’ll beat them up.’ Other than that, I don’t see the point of marriage. But when I need my love, I get my love.”
On Being Misunderstood:“I knock on wood that the media will understand me. But if I only saw one percent of my life, I would think the same thing everybody else thinks. So when they don’t get it, I don’t feel lost. My whole thing is, I’m waiting for them to catch up.”
On What Attracts Her: “Hugh Jackman,” she says, stipulating that she likes her men over 35 and with the right mix of brains and brawn. “I can’t stand boys. A boy looks at me like he wants to bang me, and I wanna throw up. I like men, ’cause they’ve been around the block and they respect their mamis. It’s hard to find one that’s not machista.”
On Not Following the Rules in Hollywood: “If I had done what the powers that be in Hollywood told me to do—‘Do a hot action movie playing the half-naked girlfriend, then do a Maxim cover [which Rodriguez has turned down in the past] and then start a music career to make yourself even hotter’— I’d be making $10 million per movie by now. If I would’ve followed that formula, kissing all the asses along the way, then I’d be there right now. But I wouldn’t be happy because I wouldn’t be living my truth
Good evening…..it’s friday night and i’m feelin right. No stress, no worries, my tummy isn’t rumbling, i’m content, and all that other good shit. Sorry for the lack of posts (once again)…Life is hectic, and it’s all coming into pieces finally though. Don’t know who reads this, but one bored person out in the cyber world will stumble upon this and I hope this entertains you. I have no party photos, nor do I have a funny video to show- just my thoughts and my words.
On life: Life is a rollercoast- so many ups and downs-I’m feeling dizzy sometimes. Don’t know if I’m going forward or backwards once in a while. And sometimes when I feel like I’ve reached a good destination, It keeps going. But it always isn’t a roller coaster. Life is sometimes just life. Point.
On Love: Not too sure what I think about love right now….I do know that love can be a very hurtful and painful experience, but it can also be the most wonderful feeling in the world. Love can make you do crazy things, and love can turn you into a different person. Just don’t let love control you, because sometimes what you think is love, isn’t always the kind of love that’s good for you. I’m taking a break from love maybe for a little, and learning to love myself a little better. Good? Maybe.
On Success: Success….hmmmm…. I feel Like i’ve acomplished a lot in my life so far. I am happy, and I feel succesfull to a point where I think I like where I’m at, and I have came a long long way from where I was 2 years ago. Money doesn’t mean success, and success doesn’t always mean advancement in your carreer. Success is just the satifsfaction (over satisfaction) of where you’re at, no?
